EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT! Horrible patient care and service. I'm a dentist myself and know how a proffessional office should be and unfortunately this was a horrible experience. I tried calling the office to find out the suite number but no one would answer the phone and it wouldn't go to voicemail. When I finally googled the suite number and made it to the office I saw that the phones where placed off the base so they wouldn't ring and the lady at desk said she doesn't have help for answering calls. Anyways I had a 10:30 appointment at 12 pm I was still waiting in the waiting room and receptionist told me she was not familliar with my blue shield ppo plan and could not call the insurance to find out the copay. Saying the doctor has to come out and make the phone call to insurance so it would be another hour of waiting.. meaning I had to wait till 1pm for a 10:30 appointment. So I decided to LEAVE and never go back.
