Its been a nightmare working with Pilot PM, the owner Tony Easton cannot even explain the horrific job in managing our condo complex which is already the worst in San Marcos. Carla Noble absolutely has no knowledge of the history of this complex. Two years and they constantly need their hand held on the daily violations that occur here. Just look at these photos. The list of mistakes is very long since they have taken over. Carla Noble never has any solution to any problem as why would she?.... simple she doesn't live here same as the owner Tony Easton.
