Lotus Cafe is dedicated to serving fresh, natural, healthy food at affordable prices, prepared with love, simplicity, and a joyful heart. Our ingredients are sourced with care, and are always natural. We are predominantly a vegetarian cafe, with many vegan and gluten-free options clearly noted on our menu. For our non-vegetarian customers, we also offer poultry and fish dishes, including a turkey burger, fish tacos, and a daily fish special. While my husband and i are long-time vegetarians, our families of origin are not, and are intention was to foster an environment where we could all sit down and happily and harmoniously enjoy a healthy meal together. We also have a juice bar with a selection of 13 smoothies made with fruit and fruit juice only, organic carrot juice, organic veggie juice, a green juice, and organic wheatgrass shots.
