EEmporia High School offers classes from grades nine through 12, and is located in Emporia, Kan. The school has more than 10 academic departments, advanced placement and honors courses and opportunities for students to earn dual high school and college credit through the Emporia State University. The school s curriculum includes art, family and consumer sciences, business, foreign languages, language arts, mathematics, music, physical education, science, social studies, special education and technology education. It offers various sports programs, including soccer, cross country, volleyball, football, golf, tennis, basketball, wrestling and swimming, cheerleading, softball and baseball. The school s library offers various sources for research and also provides online services. The school also offers a wide variety of extracurricular opportunities, and operated by Emporia Public Schools.
