IDS offers you choices to put your home back the way you would like, including any possible changes or upgrades that you might consider. IDS will put things back in the manner that you see fit. For insurance adjusters, IDS services your policyholders with the interest of you, the insurance carrier, in mind. We write fair and honest estimates using current Xactimate pricing that are submitted in a correct and timely manner. IDS will document the loss with photos, securing and protecting areas of damage for possible subrogation. Our goal is to initially preserve, protect, and restore, if possible, but also understand sometimes that removal and replacement could be a better option. We will communicate all findings and leave any decisions to you, the adjuster, regarding coverage. None of us want extra problems with our homes or businesses – but just know that if disaster strikes, IDS will be waiting, ready to help.
