I placed an order a month ago, and after MANY emails and phone calls, I still can't get my product, or even find out if /when there is an intention to send it to me. Due to this, I had to finally call my charge card and have them try to get my money back. After four emails, I heard back a week ago, but was told someone would let me know, but I never got an email or a phone call. Yesterday, I sent 30+ emails letting customer service know that I had contacted my charge company. I sent 30+ copies because I wanted to make sure someone actually read it. I still never heard from anyone at your company. Mostly this is really disappointing because I really liked your products. But I can't purchase your stuff under these conditions. I sent EXTENSIVE emails detailing the items I hadn't received. I was sent one box of 3 different items when I had ordered a case. I did not receive the entire case of a 4th item.Order from this company if you want to get robbed.
