Founded in 1993, Excel Christian Academy is a nonprofit and nondenominational Christian school. The school is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Excel Christian Academy offers a range of programs, such as Bible studies, mathematics, language arts, history and technology to students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Excel Christian Academy also offers a range of extracurricular programs, including athletics, student government, clubs, mission trips and peer tutoring programs. The school is a member of the Georgia High School Association. The school s sports programs include softball, baseball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer and golf. It is located in Cartersville, Ga.
