Takes days for someone to return your call if they do at all. They hardley ever answer the phone anymore, then you get a voice recording asking you to leave a message and they will return your call, and from my experience they don't, I left 4 messages about my daughters ortho quote and no one ever called me back after 4 weeks I gave up, I will find her a new dentist.
