This store is very poorly run. It is always understaffed. The other day my husband bought lumber and someone was supposed to check it out for him at the lumber yard and no one was out there. He could have taken anything. Today I went in to try to get a gallon of paint. First there is one person running a register. I found someone else and they had to call someone up front to help with paint. Then they couldn't find the paint I needed. They looked it up to find that they did have it but it was probably in the yard. One girl went out to look for it and came back about 7 minutes later not finding it. Then they sent another guy out to look for it, and he had to come up and find a bar code for the inept girl at the register because she wasn't able to ring someone up. He was interrupted another time and had to come up again and then finally about 15 minutes later they said they couldn't find it.



The place is a mess. They have no idea what they have and what they don't have. There is never anyone to help you rent anything. My husband called to try to rent a tiller and the guy on the phone kept saying "I think you can rent them." Well can you or not? Are you not working the rental counter?



They just need to HIRE more PEOPLE. And it would be nice if they were competent. The place is a disorganized MESS.
