i would never take a car there 4 rear end work they didn't fix it right at all so I had 2 do it my self 2 lazy or just didn't care its not hard 2 see that the axle is bad if u look at but the old saying is if u want it done right do it ur self brett so I payed 330 4 them 2 make it worst thanks very very poor they saved me from putting the bearing n and seals on the car very bad timingmy dad just died so I didntwant 2 fix it but I ended up doing my self with my son buddy mine sold me 2 axles 4 80 bucks good deal thank god and my son helped me but all they could say its going yeah it sure is what a bunch bull thanks and have a great day bret

I have lived in Elsmere area for 11 yrs and this is the only garage that works on my car and family car. They always are straight up with me and let me know what only needs to be fixed.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI was told by a friend at work to give them a try because I went to few of the chain garages and I feel have been ripped off. Took my car in for diagnostic to see why it was missing. Already had been told my another garage it needed over 500 worth of work. So I wanted a 2nd opinion. Kentucky Auto Service told me it only needed a Tuneup. The cost was half the cost of the other garage. I will continue to bring my car back to them for all my service

I have went to many garages over the years. I have finally found the best!!! I wish I would of only found them sooner!

I have done business with them for many years. Not only do I love this garage my whole family does. The comment below I just find Very hard to believe!! I have had nothing but great experience with the shop. I have sent many friends and family to them and nothing but thank you. So not sure what happened sounds to me as if there alot more to what was said.

Thru my experinece I've noticed a lot of miscommunication with the employess. I have been waiting for my car to be dropped off for 2 days now. I had spoke to someone on the 17th and ask them to go ahead and drop my car off and I would pay them then. The man said ok, which I took for.....we will go ahead and drop your car off and we will take a check from you. I was told no different and waited for my car. Since my car is still not here, a call was made to the garage and a man said they were waiting for me to bring a check and pay them first before they dropped my car off. That would have been nice to know 2 days ago. No one ever informed me that I had to go up there and pay. They just agreed to drop my car off and be paid then. Like I said....mis informed, miscommunication....and just all around a really upsetting experience for me. To top it all off..I was told that the owner was sick today and I wouldn't be able to get my car today and would have to wait till tomorrow?!!
