BUYER BEWARE!!!! I spent $9100 for carpet for my basement. Two obvious seams show. I was told that "no seam is guaranteed" AFTER the carpet was installed. I reviewed my contract and that is not written in any fine print. Hadley's offered to have an independent person that THEY hire to come and evaluate my carpet and if they didn't think it was a problem I had to pay the $200 fee. They are less expensive than the other carpet companies but remember, you get what you pay for. I would never recommend them. I wanted to give no stars but the site made me choose 1.
