That's how we prepare our dishes. Our Chef takes a personal Pride and adds a lot of love, while preparing all the food served at your event. All entrees are made daily, just for you and your guest's enjoyment. On our menus you will find many traditional and Nuevo dishes served with great sides and garnishes by our dedicated wait staff, accompanied by a great selection of beverages provided by our bar staff. Eastern European cuisine with an accent on traditional Polish cookery is our specialty. However, our Chef traveled all over Europe to gather recipes for original and unique ethnic dishes from many regions.
