Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Everytime I have house guests something goes wrong with the plumbing. Roto came out the same day and at the time we had agreed upon which is pretty unheard of in this city. The guy did a great job in quick time and was pleasant and helpful.
Recommend them highly for anytime you are in a fix.

Called Roto-Rooter at 10am, and plumber was in route by noon. I called with one problem, but discovered several smaller problems to get toilet and tubs up and running again. The plumber, Dave, worked until after 8:00 pm to get everything up and running perfectly.

GREAT JOB BUT A LITTLE EXPENSIVE

Clogged tub drain==used a sulfuric acid liquid and all it did was smell up the house, I mean really smell like a thousand rotten eggs. Called Roto Rooter and Bruce was here within an hour and cleared up the problem. He was knowledgeable and had the drain working. Would recommend Roto Rooter to everyone

my plumber from new orleans came within 1/2 hour of my

I called rotorooter Elmwood office at 8:15 a.m. for a clogged bathtub drain. Jeffrey was here by 9:15 and had the drain cleared by 10:30. It wasn't easy but he kept working until he was able to remove two shampoo caps and several ponytail holders, not to mention all the hair they held. (He was working on my 16 year old daughter's tub.)

Jeffrey was very polite,but also had a good sense of humor.
I will call roto-rooter back whenever I need a good plumber.

They arrived promptly, were courteous, and made sure our issue was fixed before they left.

Hi ya'll - just needed to tell you if you have a plumbing problem call Roto-Rooter. I called and they were the plumber was there within the hour. They have a 24 hour service!!! and i think they may be the best in New Orleans. They have products you can buy that will keep your drain clear - the service tech. James (2745) was great- very informative too - but mainly it was reasonable and quick. Call them 818 1517

I called roto rooters and recieved service within an hour. They were quick, professional and did a great job.

I called after 5 pm on a Tuesday. Plumber arrived and was finished the job before 6:30 pm. He did not make a mess of the bathroom, was up front about the problem and the total was consistent with the free estimate. This was a dream come true. Thank you.
