We never had any problem with any delivery package in all our years living in Elmsford. But we noticed that our delivery mailman sometimes is not the same guy. (He probably approaching to retirement). That been said: Certain packages lately coming from Amazon and using our Elmsford postal service,has been missing.

My phone alerts me saying your package has been delivered by your local postal office. The problem is that there is no package outside the house and when we asked, we been told the package was delivered.

3 days ago I was expecting a package. I got the notification in my phone that the package has been delivered. (Good thing I was home)

I went outside and the mailman car was coming down. I opened my mailbox and only a couple of letter were there. But no box.

I looked at the mailman and suddenly he stopped the car and asked: are you ____ (my first name) I said: yes. Then with a funny smile, he handed me the package.

Maybe this was an honest mistake and he forgot to put the paper that they put in front of your front door that they attended to deliver the package but there was nobody home (although he never ran the door bell). But the suspicious part was, he put that the package was delivered because is a service that Amazon provide that let customers tracked their packages.

I'm putting this out here because maybe there other people experiencing the same situation. I'm planning to go the post office and calmly expressed my concerns.

I've recently...6 months ago (my family and I)..moved to Elmsford and would regularly need to use the services of the post office nearby. I've always been greeted with a warm smile and friendly services there.It's really convenient and cost effective for me...I can say value for my money..which is needed in our present economy. Thanks to the friendly staff there.My recent experience was that i thought that my mail details was mistakingly sent to the wrong caribbean island based on the stamp details...but the friendly staff calmly reassured me that all was well.
