Alexander Hamilton High School is approved by the Department of Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Alexander Hamilton High School offers advanced placement courses in various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. It also offers a range of student programs in art, music, physical education and computer applications. In addition, Alexander Hamilton High School offers the English as a Second Language program. Its staff includes teachers, teaching assistants, specialists, counselors and administrative employees. The school provides medical care and guidance counseling services and conducts sessions in special education. Located in Elmsford, N.Y., Alexander Hamilton High School is a part of Elmsford Public Schools, which operates elementary, middle and high schools.
