Southerntier Custom Fabricators manufactures HVAC air-handling systems and specialty sheet-metal fabrications for the commercial, educational/institutional and industrial marketplace. The company operates from design to delivery in a fully-automated 39,000-square-foot facility. SCF s applications and capabilities include small jobs to intricate design build projects, spiral duct manufacturing, construction-related specialty fabrications, blanking coil lines, prototype and short-run production fabrication, industrial fabrications and installations, clean room fabrications, PVC, stainless steel, Inconel and Hastalloy ductwork and fabrications and deep draw press forming. Clients include Kodak, Toshiba, Cornell University, Lemira College and B&W Restaurant Supply. SCF was founded in 1982 and is based in Elmira, N.Y.
