The easiest purchase we have ever made. Matt Murphy and the team at ferrario gave us everything we asked for

I was recommended to this dealer ship to buy a used jeep.. I heard from many people who have previously used them that they were great. However when they started the 2014 jeep cherokee that i was interested in it did not drive. The sales associate attempted multiple times to get the jeep to move, it did not move. They then had me test drive another jeep, when i got back they told me that they got the other jeep started and moved it to the shop. However before you put a car on the lot to be sold I feel that this problem should have been fixed. The sales associate was very nice and he was embarrassed that the jeep did not drive when he tried. The manager however was awful. He was rude and got very angry with my grandfather and I. At one point he was red in the face and giving us attitude. He also just pushed aside that the first jeep i was showed did not drive, stating that it was an automatic parking brake, keep in mind the tires did not move the engine was revving as though it should be moving then the engine began to sound like it was pulsating. Something other than a parking break was involved with the problem. Overall i was not impressed with the dealership. After this experience I would never consider buying a car from them, nor would i recommend this place to any friends or family. BEWARE!

10 years ago I took my ford tempo to this shop and they all were great. Great manager, great service, and honest. I moved away and when I returned with my Ford F250 I took it back to this shop. A lot changed. Very rude and dishonest. We knew what work needed to be done and what did not, and they were trying to the pull the wool over our eyes. Luckily we know better. We did however let them change the oil because well anyone can change oil in a truck right, wrong. They put the wrong filter on. My husband switched it out himself rather than take it back. If you need work done on your vehicle don't take it here. You want honesty, respect and quality work, take it to Werns in Big Flats.
