The Elmira City School District serves the educational needs of more than 7,200 students in prekindergarten through grade 12. Located in Elmira, N.Y., the school district offers a variety of educational, enrichment and extracurricular programs for its students. It governs more than 10 elementary, middle and high schools throughout Elmira. Its curriculum includes English, language art, social studies, science and technology, health education, mathematics, business studies, computer science, fine arts, music and physical education.
