the best thing about this company is the eagerness to help you. They were on top of things from beginning to end, they did a customer service follow up call to see if i was satisfied with the technician who they sent and the lock change i requested. They made things very easy so thank you so much.

last night my friend who i allowed to stay with me (after her boyfriend kicked her out) assaulted me she was so drunk (NOT being the first time she took it out on me) i was fed up i called the police and they advise me to change the locks since my key went missing and gave me your phone number it was done 30 min after the police left and i was able to pay via credit card at my home this was great you came when i needed you

I called in the morning, and by 12PM they were in my apt (on time!) and gave me a very fair price for a deadbolt that i needed. He was honest and did an excellent job. I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

my parents were visiting from out of town (they were driving me crazy) so i wanted to take them out in the mist of the rush to make our reservation time we forgot the house keys in my other purse my husband could not get out of work so called your company they scheduled with me for after our dinner and when i arrived he was already at my home waiting for me great company that has good and clear communication skills thanks

not sure if it's because i live so close to them but they came out super quick when i called. they were on top of things and very helpful and I only paid 65 dollars to get my door opened and re keyed. makes sure to ask them for their Warranty information as I was told everything they do comes with a 90 day full warranty which i think is important. you never know ... thanks so much .

Needed locks changed because my roommate and I had a blow out, they came very fast and was surprised at the low cost. The last time I changed locks it was twice the price.

I'm the idiot who locked his son in the car, and couldn't get him out. So I called these guys and they showed up, got him out and after wards, the locksmith guy told me that he actually did the same thing a week ago.

Great and FAIR locksmith is hard to find - Best Buy Lock was a lifesaver for me when I got locked out of my apartment at 4am. They arrived within 22 minutes and told me the cost (which was totally fair) BEFORE they started working on my lock. Thank you guys !

was very surprised to be given such a great low price. No other company offered anything even close! I called many other locksmiths near my area and this was by far the best deal. the company i called first called me back 45 min after and said they could not come when i called you you said 40 min and in 45 you were here got me in my house and change my lock all in like 15-20 min i was so happy
