Have been trying to get a hold of Brent and Secret Gardens since January with no responses back. Had a small patio put in last year in April 2007 and was given a written warranty for settlement, etc. for 5 years. So far my emails have also gone with no responses.

Brent promised to return and fix siding that had been damaged, and to fix the fence that his workers installed. We are still waiting for that repair. The site was left a mess in general. The river rock used was a mix of mud and rock.Basically, I was happy with the patio but, I would not recommend him to anyone for any other service that Secret Gardens claims that they do.

Bret guaranteed work for 10 years but would never come back and do the repairs. I left messages for 6 months. I had to get another landscaper do to the repairs. I also had the other landscaper do over $7,500 of other landscaping and did an outstanding job.
