      Established in 1989, Trans-Tex Fabricating Company is a family-owned and operated structural and miscellaneous fabricator. It serves customers in hospitals, shopping centers, schools, libraries and warehouses. The company has undertaken projects for Patricia Blattman Elementary, HEB Grocery Stores, The Strand at Huebner Oaks, Southwest High School, Beacon Hill Elementary and St. Marks Catholic Church. Trans-Tex Fabricating Company has a fleet of trucks and more than 80 employees. The company operates Bexar Steel Plant and Jackson Steel Plant. Its clients include Amigo Building Company, BFW Construction, Browning Construction, Guido Brothers, Shiloh Enterprises and Joeris General Contracting. The company s staff includes project and accounts managers, estimators, engineers and shop foreman. It has an engineering and detailing department that utilizes Xsteel technologies. Trans-Tex Fabricating Company maintains one of its plant locations in Elmendorf, Texas.
