- Pediatric CareCarly Rosendale, DPT earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2019 and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from SRU in 2022. Throughout her schooling, she’s had experience in various physical therapy settings, including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and pediatrics. Carly enjoys being able to work with a variety of patients in the outpatient setting.
- Primary CareThe purpose of the AIR Wellness program is to introduce a more active lifestyle, through exercise, to those individuals who are unfamiliar with how to begin exercising and/or those who have medical conditions that need professional assistance to begin exercising. We may communicate with the primary care physician in consideration of any medical conditions that may restrict certain exercises including: diabetes, hypertension, arthritis or others. We will work with your primary care physician as necessary during the program.

- Carpal Tunnel SyndromeHeather enjoys working with a variety of patients from all age groups. She has completed numerous continuing education courses over the years, focusing on orthopedic injuries. She is also certified in kinesiotaping. She is well versed in treating athletic injuries, neurological and vestibular conditions, and performing myofascial release techniques. In 2022, Heather received Upper Extremity ART Certification, a soft tissue manual technique extremely effective in treating conditions such as rotator cuff syndrome, carpal tunnel and tennis elbow.

- ChemotherapyAnodyne Therapy is used to treat peripheral neuropathy, a condition that results from damage to peripheral nerves due to poor circulation. Peripheral neuropathy most often results from diabetes, however, circulatory problems, medication, chemotherapy, prescribed drugs, AIDS and alcohol may also contribute to peripheral neuropathy. The peripheral nerves are the nerves that run from the spinal cord to the arms and legs and are primarily responsible for interpreting different sensations. Damage to these nerves often results in feelings of burning, extreme coldness, aching, throbbing, cramping, pin and needles and shooting pains in the hands and feet.

- Neuro RehabilitationAmber Dean grew up in and continues to live in Lawrence County. She is a graduate of Laurel High School and attended Butler County Community College where she earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science with a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has been providing compassionate, professional physical therapy and massage services in private practice outpatient clinics in the Shenango area for more than 7 years. With her complimentary massage and PTA skills, she has treated a variety of diagnoses and has expanded her knowledge with continuing education in areas including post-op rehabilitation, sports related injuries, neuro rehabilitation and aquatic therapy.
- Manual TherapyAll sessions are performed in a private room with the same therapist every visit. The therapist will work closely with you to address your issues and concerns creating an individualized plan of care to help your recovery. Physical therapy treatment will include establishing a home exercise program and may include manual therapy to assess and treat your condition. Upon scheduling you first appointment, you will be provided details on how to dress for and prepare for your first visit.
