I've been going here for a little over 2 years now and its going down hill. It seems that a lot of the washers and dryers are always out of service and when you can use only 3 out of 10 washers when I have 6 loads to do, its gets annoying. I also don't like that people are allowed to smoke on the outside of the building. I go there to clean my clothes not go to come home smelling like smoke.
