Dr. Bolduc and Dr. Augustine, Accountant, John, dental assistants, and office staff were very professional and caring when I experienced a dental emergency on vacation in Maine. It's not fun needing an implant when you'd rather be kayaking, but Aspen Dental's initial response to my emergency was to immediately take measures to reduce the dental pain and progressing to handle my procedure. Their kindness and concern were genuine and it was clear that they treat all patients the same. During my visit, there was another dental emergency, and everyone was on alert to handle that situation as well. I would like to thank John, accountant, for promptly handling the financial end with insurance information promptly. His expertise and knowledge was very reassuring. The office
staff and dentist assistants were kind, offering to make me comfortable as
possible, taking a moment to get to know me in brief pleasant conversation. I was even asked if I was comfortable in the chair.
