i.e., A DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE. My computer was brought to them to fix. First of all they erased my computer without my permission. When i say erase they completely wiped hard drive of factory settings and everything and put ACER software on a GATEWAY computer!!!!!!! How dumb must you be. Needless to say computer was not fixed and was in hell of worse condition than when i brought the DAMN thing in.
