      Founded in 1913, Wilkins-Rogers serves the food industry through its division, Washington Quality Foods, which is one of the leading manufacturers of consumer food products and suppliers of grain-based mixes and coating systems for food service applications, restaurants, commercial bakeries and food processors. Its brands include Washington flour and mixes, Raga Muffins, Mrs. Crutchfield s fat-free baking mixes, and several corn meals from Indian Head, Beattie s, Cross and Old Time. Washington Quality Foods supplies food processors with customized coatings and flavoring mixes. The company manufactures a wide variety of floors, including unbleached white, Lilly pastry, velvetex cake and all-purpose flours. Washington Quality Foods is located in Ellicott City, Md.
