I've had nearly a 5 year experience with this fine company. I had to leave my beautiful townhome recently which had an Aerus central vac installed as well as a car vac. Loved it and miss it. Never, ever had a technical problem with it. I'm in a place now which has a both tile and high-pile carpet (similar to the old fashioned shag :-). So, my newest purchase had to meet a very high standard. Aerus did not disappoint. This vacuum is both gentle on the rug, yet deeply removes dirt, dander, cat fur and unknown other things that go straight to the bag! It perfectly adjusts to the flat carpet-less floor and has attachments that are easy to use. The long and indestructible long cord is really a necessity - which many vacs don't seem to have.
I also have stairs with the same carpet and decided to purchase separately the much smaller hand vacuum tool due to its ease and power - and long cord. Technically, this is my fourth major purchase. I was fortunate to have Wayne Bailey educate me on each of these systems, each time. I've enjoyed a very positive past experience with each vacuum and my current purchase is fantastic. I've had a great experience with both the sale/education process and have a very good track record with Aerus. A first class product as well as first class sales and service. My husband is immunocompromised and will be for the rest of his life. It is critical that we eliminate contaminates in the air of our home that could cause respiratory issues. I had a Guardian Air and have upgraded this unit to a Beyond Guardian Air with Active Pure Technology knowing that the Beyond is eliminating the contaminants in the air and helping to control contaminants on exposed surfaces is reassuring to me. I believe I am doing the best I can to protect my husbands lungs. He jokes that I won’t be happy until I have him wearing a space suit, with the Beyond Guardian Air in our home I feel I’m as close as I can get!
