Horrible horrible horrible customer service. My 4 year old son goes to Karate in the area and it's become our ritual that after Karate on Wednesday's we go for Subway. This particular Wednesday (4/20) we stopped in at this Subway since it's closer than the one that we usually go to and I figured it might be less crowded, the kids could eat and then we'd head home. There aren't enough characters to tell the entire experience but the two person staff was extremely rude to me and my two children. The male staff frowned at us the entire time we were eating. It felt like he didn't want us to dine in. He just kept frowning. He sighed and frowned when I asked for one napkin (we had two meals but he only gave us one napkin) I don't leave feedback often so please take this one strongly and buyer beware. There are too many other choices to be made to feel this uncomfortable. He was extremely rude. Please don't eat here, they are not family friendly.

This subway was one of the few restaurants in this area that handled food with cleanliness. I have been in the area for 12 years and always looked to see the same manager and one other who were always clean with the food. NEVER had a problem with this subway until recently. I had not been in the store for awhile and stopped in last week only to notice that the servers were different and uncordial. I stopped in again on yesterday and walked in as one of the servers was finishing up a sandwich and headed towards the register where he took off his gloves, laid them down beside the register and checked the customer out. When he was done, he picked up those same gloves, put them back on and moved back to sandwich area to continue making sandwiches. I walked out. That was disgusting! He should have put on new gloves because once he laid those down they contracted germs. Why promote healthy food only to make us sick or even kill us with germs. People are so careless with food. Why?!
