We signed up a month ago. My wife was angry at our current provider. Kvalley is excellent, both with their internet service and their customer service. They came out to my house -- no charge -- and set me up when I couldn't do it. I couldn't see that the power had come out of the modem. I thought it was a bad modem. They came out with a new one, saw the problem and fixed it. They told me that they're happy to help and they made me feel like we were customers for years.Please don't make the same mistake I did. Just start with kvalley.com in the first place. You'll save yourself a lot of unhappines.

I lost all my quickbook files. One of the other places couldn't get them back and told me my hard disk was not working right and was not spinning. Kvalley spent hours with my problem and got all my files back. They saved my business and my sanity (and that of my husband!). Chris and Wendy and the other fellow are simply kind, caring people and I want to thank them.You should not take your computer any place else but Kvalley Computers. You should not use any other internet service than Kvalley.com. You won't be disappointed.

I walked out their door last week one with one of the happiest repair experiences I ever had. My wife thought I'd won the lottery. They're courteous, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Don't take your computer anyplace else.

Sounds like the last person who posted multiple times has a problem. We don't. We love these guys. They don't overcharge, they're kind, polite and helpful. Wendy is a wonderful person to deal with and Kyle fixed my problem. I tell my friends to only take their computers to Kvalley.

The manager of Kvalley.com is very rude and arrogant. He thinks he know what he is doing, but absolutely He does not. I took my computer in, but they never fixed the problem, so my friend fixed for me. The manager yelled at me because I didn't use their technician to fix the problem. It is waste of time and money. Their customer service is horrible. The manager will yell at you on the phone for no reason and never try to be apologic for his bad attitude. I know other people who had problems with the people of Kvalley.com. It is your choice, but I will totally recommend you other polite and nice company.

By far and away, the best internet provider in Ellensburg. I wish all internet providers were this good, provided as fine a service and treated their customers the way these guys do.I will be a customer for life now.
