I used to go to this day care when Ms. Pat was the owner. She would "teach" in the before and after care room where I was in. She was mean to us. She would tell us shut up, and would grab the other kids' ears to drag them to time out. She would make us all feel stupid. Her husband was really nice though. I remember that her grandsons used to come in all the time. They were okay to us. Thank goodness I got the courage to tell my mom what was going on and she pulled me right away. From the reviews I've read from here and other places, it looks like Ms. Pat is back, if that's the case, save your kids some torment and enroll them somewhere else.

I love this daycare. I would recommend it to anyone. All staff is friendly and welcoming. My son loves it there and has made many great friends.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4 years at Reach for the Stars before the prior owners- Patt and John Frederick returned to the center. The Frederick's were involved in a domestic dispute that resulted in Patt shooting John and being charged with attempted murder. She plead down to assault and thus her record was expunged and she can now be a "volunteer" at the center. Parents were given no notice of her return and when we complained they decided that it was Tracy, the director, that complained and fired her. We withdrew our children the same day- we just cannot trust the judement of these people. They may say they are not staff but the letter to the parents stating Tracy was fired came under the signature of Steve- the on paper owner, and the Fredericks (his grandparents).



The teachers at this center were wonderful and I hope that they are all able to relocate to other centers/in-home because the new management is not desirable.

Excellent daycare. Very organized and well maintained. Caring staff! One of the nicest in the area.
