My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasnt rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ochre, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Basement Systems suggested a plan to install a new drainage system and relocate my sump to an area that would be much easier to access and maintain. They upgraded the existing sump pump to a triple safe system with three pumps (including a battery backup!) so I have multiple redundancies in place to prevent flooding. They also wrapped my crawlspace with a heavy duty vapor barrier to keep all of that moisture from permeating up through my house. I couldnt have been happier with Javier and his crew, and my wife had no qualms about having them in our house while I was away at work. They called me several times to communicate their schedule, and took care to protect the flooring on the main level of my house. Javier was more than willing to work with me to route the sump discharge pipes in the area I wanted them. He and his crew worked very hard and put in extra hours to have the job completed on schedule in two days even though they ran into several unexpected issues. I couldnt be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of the crew, and the integrity of company, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Basement Systems to anyone.

Basement systems USA was prompt to respond to my initial phone call. They provided us with lots of options and pricing based on our financial situation and current problem situation. The person who came out to evaluate our basement and explain the products was very nice and took his time to make sure we understood everything. The work was done on time and completed according to the contract without any issues. The workers did their work but were courteous and cleaned up all the mess before leaving. The drain has kept our basement very dry up to this point (however we have had no major floods or hurricanes)
