We have been doing business with credit unions for 30 years. This is the worst experience to date. We are still waiting for our debit card replacement. we are at 19 days and counting. We have been told by the branch manager. If you don't like it move your money. With todays way of doing business it makes moving an account difficult . We were told this is the way EFCU does business. I wish we had heard that before we started doing business with them. Before all of our money is auto deposited every month.

We recently located to elko. Having had a 30 year relationship with another credit union we felt it was a good bet we would have just as good as experience with EFCU. Oh my gosh were we wrong.



Trying to get a replacement bank card is one of the worst banking experiences we have ever had.

In addition when we first spoke to the branch about the problem we were told by the branch manager : if you don't like it move your business.
