      You will not believe the courtesy and professionalism of this office. All staff and courteous and helpful. Dr. Cross is unbelievable knowledgeable in her field and I believe one of the top in her field in allergy. Most of my family are her patients as well. She is the only ENT in the area and we are extremely blessed.
