Dr. Shaffer completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Temple University Hospital and a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Shaffer is dedicated to helping patients receive the treatment they need so they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.
