Crossroads Behavioral Healthcare is a local management entity that provides mental health care and treatment for developmental disabilities and substance abuse. The organization serves the residents of Iredell, Surry and Yadkin counties in North Carolina. It has a consumer and family advisory committee that provides consumer feedback and interaction on local management entity policy development, consumer needs and increase participation of consumers and their families. The committee also participates in developing, monitoring and evaluating quality improvement activities. Additionally, it provides information on a variety of issues, such as alcohol and drug abuse, depression, suicide, and anxiety and eating disorders.
