Promised to tune up and return our riding lawn mower in one week. Five days later they called about a knob that was broken and asked if we wanted to replace it and said that our mower was next in line to be worked on. 3 days later (8 days after pickup) we had not heard anything and when we called we learned no one had touched it! Husband called the next day and they promised him it would be worked on first thing Monday morning (11 days after pickup). Called the manager Monday afternoon and no one had touched it. He promised to have it done that day and delivered THE NEXT!! He said they had commercial tractors come in and they have priority. Their one week turned out to be two weeks.
