After a lengthy delay and NO updates from Quality Window and Door our order finally came in 1 1/2 months late. The installers did a great job but the wrong handle came with our storm door. I also was not happy with the color I picked for the storm door. After we had paid for the whole thing QW&Door didn’t want anything to do with us as far as making sure were happy. They were done with us after they got our money. BEWARE! I would NOT recommend using them. After your installation if your not happy and want to make a few changes they won’t help you much. Your on your own.
