They lost my records for m previous visits. So they took my script off of my old glasses. The new glasses came and instantly gave me a headache. I was forced to take them home. I wore the glasses for several days, a migraine each day. I tried to take them back, they shined a flashlight in my eyes, read my records, and told me there was nothing they could do. I was forced to keep glasses that are useless and still cannot wear over a year later. I will NEVER recommend this place!

Glasses are waaaaaaaaay overpriced and high pressure sales tactics. Would not recommend.

I would recommend that everyone avoid this place. They were very unhelpful. I paid in full up front, which ended up being close to 700 dollars for an eye exam and one pair of glasses. When my glasses came in, I couldn't see out of them. Then, after reordering my lenses, which ended up being cheaper, they refused to refund the excess money I had paid, stating simply that it was their "policy" to not refund money. I wish they had told me that up front. I would have gone elsewhere. It is now my "policy" to avoid C & B Optical One at all costs.
