My family was on there way back to Little Chute, Wisconsin from Manahawkin, New Jersey from Our Family vacation and our Eldest Niece's Wedding and our 2003 Ford Windstar's transmission went out on it! Tom's Towing towed it to your Elkhart, IN Garage and my family was greatful to have met Jim who is the Manager of the Granger, IN garage!! Jim and the other Employees my family are greatful to have met! My father drove all the way to Elkhart to pick my family up because our vehicle was not driveable for the next several days until your employees repaired the transmission for it!!!!
