Established in1990, Flexible Concepts Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 certified precision machine shop, with capabilities to manufacture a variety of custom parts. Based in Elkhart, Ind., over an approximately 93, 000-square-foot-facility, the company is equipped with a host of CNC (Computerized Numerical Controlled) turning, machining and gear manufacturing machines, cut-off saws, and stamping equipment. It also offers an array of secondary processes, such as marking presses, drill presses, broaches, screw tappers, milling, welding and thread rolling. The firm s major accomplishments include becoming a munitions contractor for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Marines, and a long-time supplier of components to the bearing industry.
