I bought a set there in 2011, 5 years later, it squeaks when I breathe, the boards are warped in the frame or box springs, the cloth lining was torn is how I found that out, I cannot roll over because of the weak mattress parts without the noise, it's interrupting my sleep even, I am so disappointed that I will never make that mistake again. I will spend my money for a reputable mattress/box springs which I have to do already, after just 5 years and the wheel off the frame keeps coming off, cheap, cheap, cheap and very poorly made. The prices are not factory priced at all, my sister just bought a bendable hospital type bed cheaper than they have there listed on their site, at a regular furniture store and I didn't hear any squeaks and crying when I pressed the palm of my hand on their bed and I sleep alone and am little, not fat. Worthless and poor manufacturing, they need to hang it up. Just getting out of the bed is like a groaning monster. Never buy from there.
