Cleveland Elementary School serves students in grades kindergarten through six. The school s academic curriculum includes reading skills, mathematics, English, social studies, science and physical education. It also offers classes in arts, music and dance. The school has a library that offers a wide collection of fiction and nonfiction books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases and newspapers for students and teachers. It additionally provides a lunch menu to students, which include cereals, donuts, potato skin, chicken starz, ham pizzas, yogurt, milk and spaghetti. The school s parent-teacher association is active in fund raising and organizes special school activities and a parent volunteer program. Located in Elkhart, Ind., Cleveland Elementary School is affiliated with Elkhart Community Schools.
