      I called @ 10:30 this morning to tell the Alick's Service Dept that my hospital bed that I've got wasn't working properly. The kind gentlemen that I believe was named Ju came right around noon. He diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new bed. He was back by 4pm setting the new bed up with his co-worker, Jarret!!! That is just WONDERFUL service!! Thank you Alick's for having GREAT employees!!!
