I called A-King's Septic Service and left a message that I had a problem with the water from my washing machine flooding outside my house in front of my deck. Gidget call me back right away. She said that someone would be at my house in 15 minutes. The person arrived faster than 15 minutes and I was so grateful because I did not know how bad the issue was and I work and I am limited on time. Jeff, the owner came out to help me. After pumping my septic he inspected the source of where the water was coming from. He took the time to explain what the issue was and then fixed my problem area so the flooding would stop and I would be able to do laundry. I'm so truly grateful that A-King's Septic is operating in this community. Their work ethic, dedication, and vast knowledge of quickly diagnosing an issue is invaluable.

They were very prompt and helpful,. We have never head experience with a septic system,. And when I called to ask questions up to 2 weeks later they were just as courteous and helpful as day one. Thank you, A King Septic !
