love this place! I'm new to the area and was in search for a nail and waxing place and found this on yelp. So glad I did!! I called on a Sunday morning and booked a same-day appt thru Angela who was very nice and pleasant and accommodated my schedule. She even told me all services are $27 for a classic mani-pedi is right up my alley. The place itself is quite small upon entrance but the decor and music give it a cozy atmosphere. You have your choice of a massage which is regular or 15 min extra. There is a wide assortment of OPI polishes with some Essie and China Glaze as well. Angela and Lina took care of my nails and both were fantastic.

Alina, Karen, & Daren...........where are you????? I recenly came in to see a whole new staff, and they could not tell us where you were. Are you coming back?

I love this place, I have no idea what the last person was talking about. I have been to several nail salons located in Elk Grove Village and they are the cleanest.They are always cleaning the equipment and sanitizing them. I have never been to a nicer salon and cleaner. I would highly recommend Pretty Nails to everyone.

THEY DO NOT SANATIZE AFTER DOING PEDICURES! PLEASE BE AWARE! Great people, love the atmosphere, but definitely will go somewhere else from now on. Such a shame when I noticed this while I was there. Was there one day for three hours (so busy) and saw them take customer after customer without cleaning the pedicure tubs! Anything to do with nails, I will take my business else where. But maybe will still go there for waxing needs.

This is the ONLY place that i go to get my nails done. They are all friendly and do amazing work! I love the color selection and if you want to buy a certain color they will order one for you so you could take it home if its not in stock! I definitely recommend Pretty Nails!
