I recently made several purchases during Design Toscano’s warehouse sale. Upon latter opening one sealed box my wife discovered that the item within had been damaged. I immediately phoned Toscano’s warehouse location to tell them about the damaged merchandise. Even though my receipt was clearly marked “all sales final” the two supervisors I dealt with (initials C & J) at Design Toscano immediately offered to replace the damaged item with another. This was done in spite of the fact that I can, at times, be a difficult, demanding customer. Any company that will stand behind clearance merchandise in this manner has earned my trust and loyal patronage and I think that you’ll find that they also deserve yours.
