      Worst Experience

      The Beledere has the WORST Customer service I have ever seen in the 15 years that I have been in the wedding industry!!!!

      They are ignorant and do not care about you after you sign the contract with them. I spent $24,000.00 on my wedding reception at the belvedere and was treated like crap! They also threw away all my left over cake that wasn't cut and served including the top layer for the first anniversary!!!!! They took away favors left behind and threw them away while we were saying goodbye to guests. The favors were glass frames and fannie mae truffles. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with the Beledere, you will regret it!!!!!!

      Belvedere is one of the most famous banquet facilities located in Elk Grove Village, Ill. It occupies an area of more than 15,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. The facility hosts various private, social and corporate events and provides conference rooms and audiovisual equipment. Its complimentary meeting room amenities include pens, writing pads, podiums and flavored candies. The facility also provides bridal suites, linens, ice sculptures and marble fountains for weddings. Its breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, waffles, French toast, smoked bacon, sliced ham, assorted breads, juices and tea. The facility s shower package includes a choice of stuffed chicken breasts, cakes, rolls, wines or fruit cocktail. Belvedere also provides off-site catering services.
