Every body needs the alkaline water that I purchase from this neighborhood store. The positive experience is an added benefit. Excellent service includes help with self service filling, and assistance loading in vehicle. I receive discounts/free water each visit. Very nice, very friendly family owned business, 100% recommend.

I accidentally backed into our water softener located in our garage. My husband took photos, which I sent to the company. The service rep studied the pictures and contacted my husband. He took the parts in and the company dispatched a service person. And, within an hour the service person repaired the broken connections. For an unexpected repair and an emergency ( we had no water because when I broke the connections my hubby had to shut off the water) the cost to fix it did not break our bank.

The company is responsive, fast, thorough, professional and reasonable. Those characteristics are a real plus given the quality of service we've received in the past. We will contact them again for our service needs and wel will let our friends and family know that we recommend this company.
