Hello everyone! My name is George Tung. Here's a little about myself. At the age of 19, I earned my California real estate salesperson license. After a few years of experience and studying, I eventually received my California real estate broker license. Prior to 2008, I had an appraisal company that I ran for many years. I was a fully licensed real estate appraiser. Because of my appraisal experience, I can accurately tell you the value of any home. When it comes to listing your house, I can price it just right. Also, when it comes time to submit an offer, it will be right on the dot. I know when a house is on the low end or the high end of the market. While most realtors take a good guess, I'm not only able to price a house, I know exactly what kind of adjustments to make. Each house is unique, like a fingerprint. Not every house should be appraised the same. During that same time, I also ran a mortgage company, financing home loans. I worked with a few of the big banks back then. I'm familiar with the entire loan process, from application, to processing, to close of escrow. I can answer most of your basic loan questions and save you time. I've sold, bought, appraised, and financed all kinds of different real estate. I'm also fluent in Mandarin Chinese. I spent quite some time in Taiwan. During my time there, I learned not only Mandarin, I also learned a lot about the culture there. I would be more than happy to assist Chinese people.
