I have lived in the Elk Grove Apartments for nearly three years. I always pay my rent on time and don't cause any problems. I get along great with the landlord. When I have any maintenance problems they are dealt with promptly. If you don't like to pay your rent on time, batter your wife, deal drugs, or cause disturbances, this is not the place for you, but if you do what you're supposed to do then this place is affordable and a decent place to live.
